When we move more mindfully in class and through life, we unravel the tension and patterns holding us back, we set the wheels in motion for a life of less suffering and more joy.

Together, Pilates and mindfulness will improve your mood, awareness, focus and concentration and mobilise and strengthen your entire body leaving you feeling strong and centred.

Pilates and mindfulness are a complete package that is the key to whole-body health.

Each 60-minute class consists of Pilates with a mindfulness meditation to finish the class.

I have 23 years of experience and have taught thousands of people of all levels and abilities. This class is for all levels however, please contact me directly before booking in if you have injuries or ongoing physical issues that may require closer attention.

Please bring a mat and a beach towel.
